responsAbility / rAREH — Kamwenge, Uganda
Run-of-river project: 9 m high RCC dam, 1,800 m open channel, 290 m penstock, surface powerhouse with 3×6 MW Francis turbine-generator units, 6/33 kV outdoor substation. Unit 3 repair plan executed 17 Dec 2019 – 17 Jan 2020, restoring service after 20 months of breakdown and several failed repair attempts by the previous owner. Hydraulic optimisation achieved +3.5% generation increase.
Uganda — Kasese District
Run-of-river hydropower plant on the Nyamwamba River. Technical direction and O&M management including site inspection, electromechanical supervision, operations training for local engineers and plant performance optimisation.
First Gen Hydro Power Corp — Pantabangan, Philippines
Pantabangan: 100 m high earthfill dam, 2×60 MW Francis turbine-generators, 13.8/230 kV substation. Masiway: 25 m high RCC dam, 1×12 MW Kaplan turbine-generator, 13.8/69 kV substation — electromechanical rehabilitation including governor, excitation, protection systems and main transformer under FIDIC contract.
Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) — Mount Serrado County
25 m high earthfill dam, 4×22 MW Francis turbine-generators, 11/66 kV outdoor substation. Country's main hydropower plant. Role: deputy plant manager and asset management. Led structured hands-on training programme for 5 local operations engineers to international standards.

Technical direction of design, licensing and operations for 6 mini-hydro plants: Segade (9 MW), Liñares (4 MW), Castro (4.2 MW), Santabaia (1.4 MW), Caldas (1 MW) and Taboada (1.4 MW).

Construction management and O&M of pioneer Spanish wind farms using 660 kW turbines. Key assets: Masgalán (50 MW — 75 turbines in 6 months), Ameixeiras (50 MW), Monte Carrio (31.4 MW), Pedregal (30.6 MW), Monte Treito (30.6 MW).

Run-of-river project: 6 m high RCC dam, 6,404 m of 2 m dia. headrace pipeline, 624 m of 2 m dia. penstock, surface powerhouse with 2×6 MW Zeco Francis turbine-generators, LV/MV, I&C and SCADA, 6/132 kV outdoor substation. Redefinition of electromechanical equipment to optimize CAPEX and increase annual generation by 3%.
Philnew Hydro Power Corporation — Claveria, Misamis Oriental
Run-of-river project: 9.5 m drop intake, 2,130 m of 2.1 m dia. headrace pipeline, 196 m of 1.5 m dia. penstock, surface powerhouse with 2×2.43 MW Francis turbine-generators, LV/MV, I&C and SCADA, 6/69 kV outdoor substation. Complete redesign of weir, waterways, substation, transmission lines, EM equipment and interconnection point.
Sogreah FZCO — Jamba-Ia-Mina, Angola
Run-of-river project: 38.5 m high RCC dam (612 m length), 2×5.6×10.55 m intake gates, 223 m penstock (6×4.2 m dia.), surface powerhouse with 3×74.6 MW Francis turbine-generators, indoor switchboards 15 kV, LV/MV, I&C and SCADA. Outdoor substation: 15/220 kV (generation) and 220/30 kV (distribution), 75×64 m.
Sogreah FZCO — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Pump station design: 6 Kubota pumps, 10 MW power transformer, MCC, soft starters, MDB, communications systems, substation building, water tank, pump station building, flow meter chamber, guard house, flow headers and surge vessel. Full engineering and project management for government water infrastructure.
